Maestro
A training app that connects coach and student. Either one can start the link: each has a code, so the coach can add the student and the student can add the coach. The coach builds the routine and follows progress, the student logs every set on their phone.

- Goal
- Build a better training app than the ones I used, connecting coach and student, and learn Flutter along the way.
- What I did
- I created the AI that helps the coach build workouts. It reads the student’s history and the health condition they share, only suggests load when there is training history, and refuses diagnoses, medication and diets. Every draft goes through the coach’s review before it reaches the student.
- I also created an AI for people who train without a coach. The student chats with it and it builds the workout, with the same health guardrails; anyone who already has a plan from their trainer can import the PDF or paste the text. Nothing saves on its own: the workout only goes in when the student accepts the draft.
- I built an integrated design system: the code is the source, and Figma is one of its layers. It has more than 130 components, from base pieces to charts and full screen compositions, on top of 127 tokens. The documentation is generated from the code, a catalog renders each component on mobile and on wide web with the same code, and a test checks that Figma uses the same token names.
- The code was written by AI agents I created and orchestrated, with guardrails for security, privacy law and code quality. I launched the app and keep adjusting it from real use: in October 2026, 3 coaches and 17 students use Maestro.

Bd'A Architecture Studio
Website for Ricardo Baddini's architecture studio, which works with real estate development. A "masterplan" identity, a horizontal project showcase and one page per development, built on a technical foundation that lets the portfolio be read by search engines and AI assistants.
Role
Rebranding, archive curation, information architecture and art direction. The code was built with AI, under my direction.
- Goal
- The brief was a rebrand for the studio’s second anniversary. The audit added a second goal: making the portfolio findable by search engines and AI assistants.
- What I did
- Audited the previous site before the first screen: duplicated pages, broken headings and 83 images described by their file names.
- Designed the new identity and the horizontal project showcase.
- Turned each development into a page readable without JavaScript: from 0 to 8 project pages that search engines and AI can read.
- Reviewed accessibility by hand after the automated test scored 100, and found nine more issues.

Gina Saúde
A healthcare service for the LGBTQIA+ population. The platform was built to connect doctors who are ready to care for this audience, and to be a welcoming community for women who have relationships with women.
Role
A self-initiated project I ran end to end, alone: research, product, design and business model, from my 2018 thesis to the startup in 2021.
- Goal
- Connect women who date women with health professionals prepared to care for them, and offer refresher courses so those professionals always follow best practices in care.
- What I did
- Interviewed 7 women and 3 doctors, and the survey brought 253 responses from fifteen states.
- Designed more than a hundred screens in Atomic Design, for three screen sizes.
- Tested twice with users; the cycle tracker and the exam drive came out of those tests.
- Defined the business model: a flat monthly fee for doctors, with no cut of the appointment.

Innovation Portal Redesign
A redesign of SEBRAE Minas's content platform. Beyond the layout, the project's standouts were its microinteractions and generative-art concept imagery created with AI tools.
Role
I led the identity validation, the new brand, the Figma library and the implementation end to end, and designed the final layouts.
- Goal
- Modernize the portal and rework its information architecture, so materials are easier to find and the look is more appealing.
- What I did
- I designed three identity proposals and validated them with SEBRAE Minas's regional board. The one they chose is the one live today.
- I designed the new logo, based on a toggle to convey technology, and the portal's microinteractions grew out of the same concept. The generative art was based on the MIT Media Lab case and built in Processing with Python, with support from ChatGPT.
- I redesigned the information architecture, built the Figma library and designed the final layouts.

IM+
Financial super-app: invest, learn, chat, and manage your account in one place. Cohesive visual system in black and white, from gamified onboarding to the community feed.
Role
Designer responsible for the new platform's UX strategy, with support from my lead and another manager. The workshops, ideation, flows and screens were mine.
- Goal
- Gamify investing for people just starting out and for experienced investors, bringing content, community and day-to-day financial planning into one app.
- What I did
- I ran workshops with customer service, business, POs and PMs, which produced the personas, the empathy map and the strategy. With other designers, I ran critique and ideation rounds.
- The workshops led to the decision to give weight to community and to investment news and tips, with investments and checking account integrated in the same app.
- I designed the flows, the concept interfaces and the presentation to the board.
- I rebuilt the prototype for this portfolio in Claude, with the same look I designed at the time.
